Conditions of use of the Lavish Website.  Your access to and use of the Lavish website - this site - is subject to the following terms and conditions which, by accessing and browsing this site, you accept without any limitation or qualification.

General Disclaimer

  • The content of this site is provided by Lavish.
  • Lavish accepts no liability for any statement, inaccuracy or omission on this site.
  • Lavish accepts no liability for any direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages of any kind resulting from the use of any information obtained directly or indirectly from this site or for any viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, downloading of or browsing in this site. All such liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • The information on this site is subject to change and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice. These Conditions of Use may be changed at any time without notice.

Use of information provided to Lavish.

  • All information collected by Lavish is stored and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Acts (1984 and 1998).
  • Personal and financial information collected on this site is used for the sole purpose of processing and delivering your order. During registration you will be asked to "opt in" to receive information from Lavish.
  • Financial and payment details such as credit/debit card numbers are removed from our database immediately following payment.
  • Please note: Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or other inappropriate material is prohibited.
  • These terms and conditions and anything in this site shall be governed by English Law and all matters in connection with them shall be determined by the English Courts.

Data Protection

Lavish complies with each of the eight principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Those principles require that data is:

  • adequate, relevant and not excessive
  • accurate
  • not kept longer than necessary
  • processed in accordance with the data subject’s rights
  • secure
  • not transferred outside the EU without adequate protection

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Lavish Gift Vouchers are managed by The Lavish Gift Company Limited.
  • Vouchers can only be used at a participating Lavish Partner. These can be found detailed in the partner listings directory on line. Customers should state their intention to redeem a voucher when making an appointment with a participating Lavish Partner and should present the voucher to the Lavish Partner on arrival.
  • Lavish Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lavish Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for goods or services of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
  • Both parts of the Lavish Gift Voucher must be presented to the participating Lavish partner (spa or salon).
  • Lavish is not responsible for loss, damage, theft or expiration of vouchers – they cannot be replaced.
    • Vouchers purchased with First Class postage option are not covered by Royal Mail if they are lost in the post and will not be replaced by us.

    • Vouchers purchased with First Class Recorded Delivery option are not covered if they are lost in the post but in special circumstances  may be replaced at our sole discretion.

    • Vouchers purchased with Next Day Delivery or Special Delivery includes Royal Mail cover, vouchers will be replaced.

    • Vouchers lost or stolen will not be replaced by us.

  • Lavish make no warranty regarding any goods or services that are received in exchange for a Lavish Gift Voucher.
  • The total value of the voucher must be redeemed at a single Lavish partner
  • Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

Refund Policy

  • Clients have the right to return any goods or vouchers within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. However, Lavish is unable to process returns or reimburse any payment transactions for a Lavish Gift Voucher outside of this period. Once an appointment has been made with a Salon or Spa the Client is bound by their Terms and Conditions.
  • All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and the monies will be refunded directly to the payment card that was used to make the purchase. To request a refund you must return your complete voucher pack in its original packaging by recorded delivery to Lavish, Customer Services, PO Box 59816, London, SW14, along with a covering letter detailing the reason for your refund request.
  • If you contact Lavish before your Voucher expires, you may extend the expiry date by a further 1 month subject to an administration fee of £15.00.
  • If a Lavish Gift voucher is damaged during delivery, please contact Lavish Customer Services on 0845 6588660 to arrange for a replacement.

Nominate a spa or salon offer

  • A Finders fee of £25 will be paid by cheque to a customer who nominates a Spa or Salon to Lavish, which then takes a Premier Partner Listing with Lavish within a month of the customer making the nomination. The Salon or Spa must not already be listed with Lavish at any level prior to the customer nominating them nor can it have been involved in any correspondence or communication with Lavish regarding participation of this scheme. This offer is only applicable to consumers and is not applicable to owners/employees/relations/associates of the Spa or Salon that has been recommended.

Monthly Prize Draw

  • The Lavish Free Prize Draw is open to anyone and no purchase is necessary. Entry into the monthly prize draw is automatic and is made by completion and submission of email contact details on the website.
  • Prize Winners will be notified by email at the earliest opportunity.
  • No purchase necessary. Persons wishing to enter the Lavish Prize Draw may simply submit their email contact details.
  • Only one entry is permitted per email address, although an individual may enter more than once by submitting multiple different email addresses.
  • Entrants must be 18 or over or obtain parental or guardian consent and be a resident in the UK.
  • The closing date for each monthly draw is 12pm (GMT) on the last calendar day of each month.
  • The winner of each monthly draw will be notified by email within 21 days of the draw.
  • One prize winner will be selected in a random draw to be made on or shortly after the first working day of each calendar month for the previous months' entrants.
  • The monthly prize is a £25.00 Lavish gift voucher which can be redeemed at any of the spas and salons listed with Lavish.  The voucher can be used in full or part payment for any treatment at any of these salons. Prices for treatments vary from location to location so please discuss with the individual spa or salon to find out more information.
  • There is no cash or prize alternative available and the prizes are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Persons directly or indirectly involved with this promotion, including employees of The Lavish Gift Company Ltd or immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • This competition has been organised by the promoter The Lavish Gift Company Limited, 56 Houblon Road, Richmond, Surrey, TW10 6DE.
  • The decision of The Lavish Gift Company Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged.
  • The Lavish gift company Ltd reserves the right to withdraw amend or alter the offer and this promotion at any time.
  • This promotion will be governed by English law.
  • All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Lavish and Phase Eight Free Prize Draw

  • The Lavish and Phase Eight Free Prize Draw is open to anyone and no purchase is necessary. Entry into the monthly prize draw is automatic and is made by completion of survey and submission of email contact details.
  • Prize Winners will be notified by email by 14th August 2010.
  • No purchase necessary. Persons wishing to enter the Lavish and Phase Eight Prize Draw may simply complete the survey and submit their email contact details.
  • Only one entry is permitted per email address, although an individual may enter more than once by submitting multiple different email addresses.
  • Entrants must be 18 or over or obtain parental or guardian consent and be a resident in the UK.
  • The closing date for completed surveys is the 24th July 2010.
  • One prize winner will be selected in a random draw to be made on or shortly after the closing date.
  • The prize is a £200.00 Phase Eight gift voucher which can be redeemed at any of stores in the UK.
  • There is no cash or prize alternative available and the prizes are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Persons directly or indirectly involved with this promotion, including employees of The Lavish Gift Company Ltd Phase Eight or immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • This competition has been organised by the promoter The Lavish Gift Company Limited, 56 Houblon Road, Richmond, Surrey, TW10 6DE.
