We have gathered together some of the frequently asked questions to answer any questions that you may have. Read on to find out more.

Q. Which spas and beauty salons will accept Lavish spa gift vouchers?

A. You can spend your Lavish spa gift vouchers at any of the day spas, hotel spas, destination spas and beauty salons in our portfolio.  If your favourite spa or salon is not listed please tell us and we will invite them to take part and start accepting our gift vouchers for spa and beauty treatments.

Q. What if there isn’t a spa or beauty salon in my area?

A. If there isn’t a spa or beauty salon close to you where you would like there to spend your Lavish spa gift voucher – do tell us. We are adding new spas and salons all the time so that they can start accepting our vouchers.

Q. When does my spa gift voucher expire?

A. All spa gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase. The expiry date for your voucher should be on the voucher itself. If you need more help please contact our Customer Services team at hello@Lavish.co.uk and we can verify when it expires.

Q. What beauty treatments and pampering experiences can I spend my Lavish spa and beauty gift voucher on?

A. You should be able to spend your Lavish spa gift voucher on any beauty treatments, spa days , relaxation experiences and products that are offered by the spas and salons listed with us. If you wish to spend it on a treatment that costs more than the face value of the voucher then you can always add to it.

Q. Where can a Lavish spa gift voucher be delivered to?

A. Lavish spa gift vouchers can be sent to any UK address.

Q. Do you offer same day despatch on spa and beauty gift vouchers?

A. Lavish operates a guaranteed same day dispatch service, which applies to all orders, whatever the value, placed before 12pm GMT Monday to Friday. Whilst this does not guarantee that your order will be delivered the next working day it does ensure your order is prioritised and in most cases next day delivery is achieved.

Q. Can you arrange next day spa gifts?

A. Yes we can arrange a spa gift for next day delivery - just ensure that your order is placed before 12 midday GMT Monday to Friday and select Next Day Delivery in the postage options.

Q. Can you same day delivery for really last minute gifts?

A. Yes we can help with same day delivery for very last minute gifts  - just call our Customer Services team on 0845 6588660 or email hello@lavish.co.uk.

Q. How much does delivery cost?

A. We offer Royal Mail First Class, First Class recorded and Next Day delivery.

If you select Royal Mail First Class post, your gift should be delivered between 1-3 working days. The delivery charge for this service is £1.95.

If you select Royal Mail First Class Recorded. This will be delivered between 1-3 working days and will need a signature when it arrives at the specified address. Progress of your order is track-able. The delivery charge for this service is £2.95.

If you select Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, your delivery is secure and will arrive the next day and will need  a signature on arrival at the specified address. Progress of your order is track-able. The delivery charge for this service is £5.95.

A courier service can be arranged for any value of gift for delivery in the UK.

Q. When will the spa gift voucher arrive?

A. Deliveries are made normally Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and can be made to any UK postal address. Sadly we are unable to make deliveries on a Sunday

Unless you are using our next day service, please allow up to three working days for orders to be delivered. At busy times of the year such as Christmas or Mothers day there may be delays to the normal Royal Mail services, so please arrange your gifts in good time where possible.
